Heath has been in the collection business for more than 25 years. After graduating from the University of Arizona, he began his career in collections with the largest privately held firm in the country at that time. He has also worked for one of the largest publicly traded collections agencies and during his career he has successfully managed several branch locations with hundreds of employees. Heath founded MRP with the primary focus being to deliver excellent customer service with tremendous results.

Heath is an Arizona native and has been married for over 20 years. When he was younger he played racquetball in college and is a 3X state champion, 2X regional champion and 3X collegiate champion. He is the father to three boys and loves spending time with his family and really does not care what they are doing together as long as they are having fun and not arguing, which is not easy with 3 boys!
